The Candidate Engagement / Recruiter training is constructed according to the client’s hiring process. Everything from job requisition analysis, candidate motivation, phone screening, cold calling, interview questions, behavioral interviewing, offers, closing, visas, EEOC, and work authorization can be covered. Whether your recruiters initially contact candidates or your sourcers do, these steps are vital for any staffing organization to follow.
These trainings can either be broken up into 2 hour sessions or conducted all together over a longer time period, depending on the subjects that need to be covered.
